Wow, what Jack S. posted above is a pretty big change (and one I do favor). In that case, we are indeed in violent agreement! New post:

Sometimes the ads online are the same. I don't watch online all that much, frankly, but I remember that I choose to watch a series one time on the Lifetime site, and the ad I remember-because I like it and think its "cute"-was one of these where the little Mini-Wheats are talking, and I know that I saw the same ad on tv. Maybe it's rare, and it's shortened, cause I think it was like thirty seconds. It always told you how long it was going to be before it went back to the program-and I supposed that means that Lifetime didn't get the dollars they would have gotten if it had been on their regular broadcast. Also, online you can't "skip" it-you have to watch it, or I guess one could keep another window open and read an e-mail or something for thirty seconds. At any rate, it was the same ad that was on regular/cable tv.

Looks to me like we are in violent agreement. The TV Everywhere measurement plan assumes the same ads and ad load for c3 measurement. We will have the same ads online for 3 days. We will swap them out after the c3 period is over. So thanks for confirming the wisdom of the plan.

lol, it's OK, there are few people who read this blog who really care about this topic (and perhaps nobody who is interested in it as much as I am).

Since we're already off topic is it "She a howlin'" or "she a hollerin'"?

P.S. I knew someone else besides Thorogood was behind that, but I wasn't sure who, so thanks!

Nice to see you are a blues fan. "She a-howlin' about the front rent, she'll be lucky to get any back rent. Song was written by Memphis Slim and Willie Dixon, performed in 1959 and was titled CHICAGO HOUSE RENT PARTY. Yes a little off topic, but the blues is never off topic for me
