Maybe its just me, but watching that clip, makes me want to try to tune into see Jay sometimes if I’m not watching anything else. But, I’ve always liked Jay, so that’s not a shocker, but he was great in that interview with Chelsea.
This is the funniest I’ve seen Leno all year. He didn’t seem to hold back the punches. Why isn’t he like this more often?

I agree w/Scott and Tory: This was as funny as Jay’s been in a long time. Seems to me he was channeling the tone of Chelsea’s interviews, treating her the way she treats her own guests. A hoot. And wow, Chelsea’s right about the airbrushing — the picture of her on the cover is much leaner than she is, and will probably every be again…
It was a great interview. Chelsea is an insult comic and Jay decided to have fun with it.

Yeah Leno was actually really good last night. He and Chelsea Handler played off each other really well last night and it was actually pretty funny.

Chelsea’s a great host and I wouldn’t be surprised if CBS or NBC try and poach her from E! to host The Late Show or The Tonight when her contract for E! expires in three years as Letterman’s contract runs out at the same time although I’m sure in regard to Conan.
Actually have CBS or Letterman hinted who will be Letterman’s successor if he decides to retire from The Late Show, I know Jon Stewart has been bandied as a potential successor.

Chelsea is THE REASON why Monique and George Lopez have cable late night shows.

Yep, this is really funny, I only found it surprising for Hugh Hefner to accept Chelsea for the issue cover girl. Hmmm.. probably Hef can see what most can’t!
