Now Wanda is nothing but recycled dumb jokes. Great she is a lesbian, and she has a dude dressed like a woman, its not funny.

If she does anything like what she did on the first night, in weeks 2 and 3 she will be canceled by 5.

Fox might as well just make it a late night movie show.

But seriously, I didn’t last 10 minutes. Watched “Mad TV” for 14 years. If FOX thinks they can just take it away and replace it with any old crap, well, thanks but no thanks.

Glad to see Phil Keohegan on the show. He’s always a hoot.

I LOVE Wanda and was sooooooo looking forward to the show…what a disappointment. We DVR’ed it and finally watched the whole thing the next day, but we turned it off after the first 5 minutes of the Obama love in.

Not only that…I think it was one of the most racist shows I’ve ever seen. If the skit was a couple of rednecks coming out of a house saying ‘we love to scare black people’ Jesse and Al would have been screaming from the rooftops within minutes.

I happened to see SNL last night for the first time in years, and it surprised me in how funny it was. I was around when SNL premiered, and I watched it for a long time, through two or three now “classic” eras of the show, but everything I’d seen for many years had seemed tedious and boring to me. Ratings aside, was the quality of last night’s show on par with other episodes this season?

Mad TV was funny and I would rather have that but its fun
to see Ms Wanda on Fox. She works about as hard as Jay Leno.
Everywhere you turn she seems to be on Tv maybe that is why
I seemed to have heard her jokes over and over.
The best comedy show Sat nite had to be a Joan Rivers show set
in England-she was at her best.

she and her comedic writers put together a hilarious update comedy hour. i was literally laughing my ass off and out of my chair. that is hard for me just as it is for Daryll “Chill”(who was on the first show). he, too lives in wheelchair and i happen to be a double below knee amputee. your show made me laugh like i haven’t in many a year. i just had my 58th surghery. the one that i am looking for is a penial reduction. that is the true reason i use a wheelchair. it is to heavy. LOL

but, seriously my leg and spine injuries are neurologicial and very complicated. i have never or would i never say what i am about to say right now in front of a child. i just wanted to make that clear. i just had to put that “reduction” to spice things up and your eyes open. believe me or not i get people believing that one and my all time favorite. SHARK BITE. They say, “really i do” and then i go into long drawn out detail orientated story and then i have them hooked i let them go and they feel like i just PUNK’d them. it is fun for both and it breaks the ice between us.

i am a true believer in freedom of choice. example: i happen to be heterosexual, but my best friend is very over, the top half shirt, mesh everything and i mean everything and i left out a bit piece of him. he is evangelical preacher and the church knows and no one cares.

he knows that there are some things in the “BIBLE” that happen to cross and not make his lessons and he never talk about entitlements.

WANDA, YOU KEEP IT GOING BECAUSE YOU HAVE WHAT HAS BEEN MISSING ON TELEVSION AND I AM NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT LATE NIGHT TELEVISIOM. if for some reason the network let’s you (FOX, we talking out you. do i really need to get in to that, do i?)

you are pushing the element that was pushed by two, clean cut, sweater wearing, folk song singing comedy group and that was over 40 years ago. of course, i am talking about THE SMOTHERS BROTHERS. they pushed or a better adjective is “PUNCHED” out the what was relevant in the days of Vietnam War, Draft dodging, black panthers, drugs and our so called political adversaries. When they saw BULLSHIT. They spoke out and said this is BULLSHIT.

the t.v. executives got nervous and that was their way of shutting them up. did they? no except their show was over, but living in U.S.A. enables something in this country that you can’t do in others. the first amendant- FREEDOM OF SPEECH

Wandra, i am going to keep a close eye on every saturday at 11pm to make sure you keep doing what needs to be done. shaking things up. there are a lot comediennes out there who shake an audience up and that is how they feel afterwards, driving their car, going home and that is it. i am tired of doing that. you are the one who will change this. you a voice that needs to be listened to. you make fun, but then you sneak in a life lesson and some wise advice. to find this all person’s within earshot can come away with more than what they came in with.

Thank you Wanda Sykes for what you do because it makes a difference. By the way this the first admirier letter i have ever written. (i don’t say fan. fan is a shorten word for FANATIC. i am very sane just ask my counselor and psychiatrist. people may find laugther in that, ok laugh it release endorphines and makes you happy and healthy. i am working on being the best me that i can be. many many ghosts that are in my closet. no, there is not any homosexuality. just terrors from childhood and always being the ideal man as boyfriend and then husband, twice married. i lose myself by making the others happy and never any reciprication. someday i will meet my someone and we will love, communicate, have honesty, truth, companionship and intimacy. i mean hugging, touching (i mean stroking her hair), kissing, hand holding and love making as well.
