Powered by a high-profile Cowboys-Packers match-up, FOX’s national game on Sunday averaged a strong 15.9/29 average household rating/share, with an average audience of 26.7 million viewers, up +17% in rating and +19% in audience over last year’s Week 10 national game on CBS (13.6/26, 22.4 million). It ranks as the No. 1 rated/watched NFL window of the week, +16% better than NBC’s Sunday Night Football game between the Patriots and Colts (13.7/22, 22.4 mill). More impressively, FOX’s national game is the highest-rated and most-watched telecast on any network for the week (Nov. 9-15). Sunday’s telecast was also the top-rated show across all key male and adult demos including Adults18-49 (9.7).
Through five telecasts, FOX’s National Game is averaging a 15.6/30 household rating/share, with 26.5 million viewers, up +13% in rating and +19% in audience over last year (13.8/27, 22.3 mill), and ranks as the highest-rated and most-watched program in all of television in households, average audience and across all key male and adult demos. Among female demographics, FOX’s National Game ranks No. 2 in W18-34 and W18-49, while placing 3rd among W25-54.
THE OT, FOX Sports’ NFL post-game show, averaged a solid 7.4/12, with 12.2 million viewers on Sunday night, out-rating NBC’s Football Night in America by a staggering +147% (vs. 3.0/5 – 4.7 mill).
Season-to-date, THE OT on FOX is averaging an 8.1/14, with 13.5 million viewers, up +11% over last year (7.3/13, 11.7 mill), and out-rates Football Night in America (3.2/6 – 5.1 mill) by +153%.
