CBS placed first on Monday in adults 18-49 (tie), adults 25-54 and led by week-to-week increases for Two and a Half Men and The Big Bang Theory, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Nov. 16.
Two and a Half Men was first in adults 25-54 (5.9/13), adults 18-49 (4.8/12), adults 18-34 (3.5/12) and second in households (8.6/13) and viewers (14.07m). Compared to last week, Two and a Half Men was up +2% in adults 25-54 (from 5.8/13), +4% in adults 18-49 (from 4.6/11) and +13% in adults 18-34 (from 3.1/08).
The Big Bang Theory was first in adults 25-54 (6.0/13), adults 18-49 (5.1/12), adults 18-34 (4.1/12) and second in households (8.0/12) and viewers (13.49m). The Big Bang Theory improved on its Two and a Half Men lead-in by +2% in adults 25-54, +6% in adults 18-49 and +17% in adults 18-34. Compared to last week, The Big Bang Theory was up +1% in households (from 7.9/12), +7% in adults 25-54 (from 5.6/12), +9% in adults 18-49 (from 4.7/11), +17% in adults 18-34 (from 3.5/09) and added +690,000 viewers (from 12.80m, +5%).
CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.6/15), viewers (13.49m), adults 25-54 (4.8/12), adults 18-49 (3.8/10) and adults 18-34 (2.9/09).
For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.8/11), tied for first in adults 18-49 (4.0/10, with FOX), second in households (7.4/11), viewers (11.79m) and adults 18-34 (3.2/09).
Updated Monday ratings will be available this afternoon.
I forgot to nod Men & BBT for growing against DWtS. Once DWtS is out of the picture both shows will snap with monster viewership numbers.
Agree. Men and BBT will post even higher numbers in rerun once lame DWTS goes off the air. They provide the best hour on television

Tony, you are not alone. I really don’t care for 2.5 Men but Big Bang Theory is the funniest show since Seinfeld! It’s great to see it get the ratings it deserves.
We have to give credit to 2.5 Men also guys, it’s a good lead in for TBBT. But I hope someday TBBT will beat 2.5 Men in total viewers.

forg. – TBBT will eventually beat 2.5 men in viewers or equal their viewers. It’s viewers have been going up. Maybe by the end of the season? or next season for sure.
This was the most-watched episode ever of BBT — but that will change in the coming weeks!
Does anybody know when the Christine Baranski-return episode will air? Wikipedia says Dec 21, but that can’t be right!
