    FOX NUMBER ONE AGAIN !

  2. JC

Everyone seemed down on Friday (except for O’Reilly).

    Wonder why

  3. Gary

Fridays are always the lowest numbers for the week on all the networks.

  4. Rob

Great numbers for a Friday night. Just amazing to me the respect and loyaslty of the FOX viewer. Truly America’s News Headquarters!

  5. markd

maddow beats olberman? with dismal numbers but beat him nevertheless,,but the reality is she shouldn’t crow too much,,”winning” with 828,000 is no biggie

  6. Demonjoe

I wonder if the other networks will ever find someone that can even hold a candle to FOX.

  7. Tony

Grace beats Olberdouche and Brown gets real close too.
OReilly’s bump with Palin is just piling on at this point. He is murdering them.

  8. Rosie

DemonJoe, I just commented on the last thread to you but then when I refreshed I noticed this new thread came up.
The link to the SNL video was HILARIOUS!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing.

People, we need to riae up and fight against this radical leftist extremists that “homeland security” Napalitano won’t tell you about, because she is ONE OF THEM! lol

    Fox rules

  9. Demonjoe

Rosie, I saw your post on the last thread. I always check all of the threads on the first page when I notice there are more posts.

Demonjoe writes: “I wonder if the other networks will ever find someone that can even hold a candle to Fox.”

The other networks could make a change tomorrow. It’s not hard to hire a newsroom of reporters with diverse views and attitudes, and it would be exciting to see. But all the networks (except Fox) seem to want ardent Democrats in all the key jobs. So who can be surprised when they resort to cheerleading instead of reporting?

Honestly, these folks would rather disappear than give up their ideology. Hence we see a situation such as Friday, when Olbermann falls behind Nancy Grace and Maddow can’t keep up with the senile Larry King. If the current trend continues, both of them will soon be pulling fewer viewers than Sham-Wow informercial in Spanish.

I AM SO EXCITED FOX BUSINESS NETWORK IS NOW ON CABLEVISION WOKE UP EXTRA EARLY TODAY TO WATCH IMUS HILARIOUS CHANNEL 106 FOR PEOPLE IN THE TRI STATE AREA

  12. TexMex

The WH did get one thing right. Cable news isn’t about news, it’s about pushing an opinion.

And we can clearly see who’s opinion the majority agrees with.

  13. guy

Markd: Yesterday at 8:54 you left a message for me saying “like I said guy the best you got is ketchup,,,,pathetic”.
So, you didn’t read 3 post before you wrote that. I’ll give it to you again so all can read and hear your answer.
Anyone remember 1986 when Reagan was under oath and testifying about Iran Contra(the sale of guns to Iran). He kept repeating “I can’t remember, I can’t remember, I can’t remember.
Perhaps you read it and “can’t remember”

  14. Demonjoe

It’s sad that Youtube completley wiped that video of Adam Lambert performing at the American Music Awards just because people got offended by it. That’s the way it works in this country now. If someone does or says something controversial and enough people complain about it you can get completley silenced. I’m just surprised this Political Correctness BS worked against a gay person, usually they’re one of the groups that get protected by Political Correctness.

  15. db

Demonjoe–not even gays can get away with soft core porn on prime time TV. His performance was disgusting and his singing wasn’t that good either. I am glad the country still has some standards.

  16. Kellsws6

I love friday ratings, it shows you how true and loyal conservitives are that they will still watch FOX on friday. GO FOX!

  17. igotid88

Watching Faux news makes me cringe.

  18. StephenMartin

    “markd says

maddow beats olberman? with dismal numbers but beat him nevertheless,,but the reality is she shouldn’t crow too much,,”winning” with 828,000 is no biggie”

Indeed. More importantly, Nancy Grace beat Oblbermann.
    “Nancy Grace – 930,000 viewers (278,000) (462,000)”

  19. JC

Frankly, I don’t think highering the best personalities in the country would make the other networks competetive with Fox News. The simple fact is most people don’t trust CNN or MSNBC. And can you blame them? Not only is their to much spin; but they hardly or don’t even cover stories they don’t like (ACORN and Van Jones for example).

Breitbart’s Big Government website just broke another ACORN scandle. They have videotape of ACORN employees dumping evidencce in a trash bin behind their office. The independant reported who staked out the place (because the Attorney General won’t), found 20,000 documents containing sensetive material including thousands of contacts, drivers liscens, credit card numbers, social security numbers, birth certificates, voters they’ve registered, shady deals…..you name they found it.

A press conference will be held on Tuesday. How many people believe CNN or MSNBC will cover it when it breaks? After people start going to jail CNN might mention it, and MSNBC will start defending ACORN (ACORN’s website features a poorly made defense by Maddow on the prostitution scandle). Fox already featured this story on their website (and will no doubt run with it tomorrow).

That’s why people watch Fox. Just REPORT THE NEWS! Leave the spinning to pundints and editorials – but AT LEAST report it. As long as CNN and MSNBC rely on NYT’s, most won’t watch.

  20. Boris

    JC says:

“Frankly, I don’t think highering the best personalities in the country would make the other networks competetive with Fox News. The simple fact is most people don’t trust CNN or MSNBC.”

On the other hand, one might also surmise that Fox News could be an attractive dumping ground for the Republican party–it just might keep the “teabaggers” distracted while the party rapidly distances itself from a politically toxic fringe. The GOP certainly doesn’t seem to be lining up behind the most recent Palin sideshow.
