Oh, Joss Whedon, you’ve done it again! For the longest time, Buffy the Vampire Slayer aired on FX! Now, this “Twilight” thingy is airing on FX! Coincidence?! I think not! The sources inside my head say that FX will be buying the rights to Buffy again to pair it with this “Twilight” stuff! The sources inside my head are never wrong, so yay!

Dollhouse! Dollhouse! Dollhouse! Dollhouse rules! “Twilight” drools! Dollhouse!

just great.. now we get to see this crap on tv as well… good going FX

  3. Jared

I just lost all respect for FX

not really a great fit for the network. Comedies like It’s always sunny I assume skew male. The dramas, I assume skew older. Nothing on the network really markets to teenage girls, so I don’t get it.

  5. @ Jared, your quote: “I just lost all respect for FX”

    My Response: ditto

  6. chrisjozo

I’m gonna agree with Jared too.

On a side note I wonder if the CW tried to get it or ABC family.

  7. Mumbo

CW was probably outbid after the price went over $15.

  8. Twilight 24hrs. a day 7 days a week!!! LOL!!!

  9. Josh

    @ Mumbo: haha!

Joss’s Biggest Fan: If this gets Buffy reruns back on FX then I will be thankful to this trash.

Im sure that they will not run Buffy with this. its a perfect opportunity to air something new that would appeal to that demographic. I like Buffy, but reruns are reruns, and you don’t miss an opportunity like this. If you want to watch Buffy, there are plenty of places to do that. Or spend the cash and buy the DVD set.

I watch SOA, and I like both the Twilight movies thus far. I think almost anyone who likes the genre would like them if they weren’t trying to jump on the “Im superior to Twilight” bandwagon. Its funny, Im betting the same people that gave me a hard time for watching a show called Buffy the Vampire Slayer are prolly the sorts to turn up their nose at Twilight.

Comparing Buffy to Twilight is comparing Apples to rocks.
Buffy was a good action packed interesting show that kept the relationship drama from being too overbearing.

  14. bob

why? I dont understand? I always thought FX targted males. Bad fit for FX, very bad, i dont see this doing any good for FX or the twilight saga, CW should have signed the rights to it, it would fit perfect, but that aint happening.

  15. Cody

I only care if this means that they show it on FOX during the summer good lord NO!

Buffy was the best series ever on TV, but I have been to both Twilight shows and liked New Moon better because Edward was not in it as much. I don’t care for vampires that sparkle..Spike does not need to sparkle, he is hot and sexy without that.lol If a DVD does not get scratched can they ever wear out? Hope not as I have watched Buffy more times than I can count.
