It seems like all of the news stations have got their own front runner: FOX news has Bill O’reilly, MSNBC has got Kieth Olbermann, CNN has got Larry King, even HLN has Nancy Grace, but CNBC has no one except a bunch of people I’ve never heard of.
CNBC does well during the day, which is why we don’t see any breakout shows in this ratings breakout.
It’s usually the 10am ‘Squawk on the Street’ or ‘Power Lunch’ that do the best.
I wonder why HLN is doing better now that CNN is going down in the ratings but CNBC isn’t doing better now that MSNBC is falling in the ratings, maybe those people who watched MSNBC went to NBC news instead.
Oh yeah, yet ANOTHER day with Big Keith over a million! Man, he is great. He is so busy with football and all those sports scores/stats/highlights, I don’t know how he manages to know soooooo much about politics AND have a talk show that is an hour long. Sure, Fox dominates the ratings in practically every way.. BUT, does anyone at Fox know as much as Big Keith does about NFL players injuries, and how that changes Fantasy Football that week? I don’t think so!
Everyone’s down today, but Greta is below 2 million again and Beck’s at barely 2 million.
Behar beats Maddcow…you know the end is near when that shrill bloated vomit enducing witch beats you in the ratings…it was a nice run Ray Ray…maybe Olberdouche will have you run errands for him–you know, like picking up more man bronzer, extenze, hairspray and adult diaper for when he poos himself in those Special Commentary tirades.
Tony, Joy Behar didn’t beat Racheal Maddow
Hannity –2,204,000 viewers (524,000) (1,019,000)
Larry King Live —863,000 viewers (231,000) (292,000)
RACHEAL MADDOW SHOW —789,000 viewers (217,000) (335,000)
Inside the Mind of Google — 372,000 viewers (198,000) (229,000)
JOY BEHAR – 786,000 viewers (241,000) (373,000)
Anonymous, the fact that CNBC is best during the day has nothing to do with what numbers you see here or not. We publish everything we get.
In fact, I don’t know of any public site that has CNBC daytime ratings, but if you do, feel free to link them.
FYI, Big Keith don’t need no Extenze. He is more than satified with his three inches. And when he and Rachel go bar-hopping to pick up skanks-they dazzle with their combined less than 2 million viewers…
K.O. lover, your name is pretty ironic.
Big Keith is the only person on for TWO hours in prime time, that makes him the BEST. When you add up BOTH hours, he easily has more viewers that Fox and Friends, Joy Behar, and Red Eye!
Sorry Bill, I don’t have daily daytime numbers but there are the monthly cable rankers (by program) from Mediate/TVNewser/HuffPo – and those usually show how the CNBC daytime programs do.
(I guess your source(s) don’t give you the full daily daytime ratings breakdown)
Although, as a little tidbit, I did read that in November CNBC beat MSNBC *every* hour from 9am to 4pm in P2+ (by significant % margins), A25-54 and A18-49…which is pretty embarrassing for MSNBC I must say.
THIS is worth a second look:

P.S. – How come my comments are now “awaiting moderation”? I’ve been visiting/commenting on this site practically since day 1?! :[
Why won’t the other news channels take a hint? The reason Fox News has all the views is because people do not want any spin on their news. Unfortunately CNBC, MSNBC and CNN cannot understand that and continue to push the liberal agenda.
No idea what HLN is seeing as I have never heard of it.
Anonymous, we do get monthly cable rankers, with 14,000 some shows on them, but those other guys focus on cable news specifically, and since we don’t, we don’t bother to pull out their numbers from them.
But do feel free to link or copy and paste them when you think appropriate, but note more than 1 URL in a comment will always be trapped by our spam filter.
Anonymous, More than 1 URL in a comment = spam filter trap every time.
LKL………………..Beck was off Thursday night. The judge filled in for him.
Demonjoe,
Thanks, but I was looking at demos not overall ratings. Behar killed her in both….
KO Lover……
Did you check both of O’Reilly’s numbers?? You can’t compare KO to Behar, Red Eye, etc… That’s comparing apples to oranges…
Evening numbers can only be compared with each other. Though that is not fair either, it makes more sense than picking various times in the morning , evening and middle of the night…..What is the matter with you??
Old Larry Kings beats Maddow again. Rachel, it’s time to pull the plug when you can’t even muster 800,000 viewers in prime time.
