I know only about 3 out of every 1,000 of our readers care about this stuff, but for those of you following the broadcast networks' quest to get a bigger piece of cable subscription fees via retransmission fees, read on.
Broadcasting & Cable has a great story up about Time Warner Cable claiming that Fox brazenly hijacked the retransmission consent process during TWC's negotiations with Sinclair by "threatening to exercise veto power over any station's negotiation of a retransmission deal that does not extract a satisfactory kickback for the network."
