Maddow now behind Hannity, Behar and King. But she did draw a bigger audience than the power juicer infomercial. MSNBC should cut its losses here.
Watched a full 10 FRICKING MINUTES of Overbite, tonight, making fun of Sarah Palin saying, “she could see Russia from parts of Alaska”. After I started watching, I wondered, “how long can this juvenile attempt at humor go on?” Answer: TEN FRICKING MINUTES. Ever wonder why his numbers are 361 viewers, just one more than CNN’s 360 viewers?
@ club, uh….that was a favorite moments from 2009 special on Olbermann. Nothing new there. I think that people who watched MSNBC during the election cycle now have a life other than staying glued to the cable news network like Fox junkies.
Brenda….We had a potential terrorists attack in the sky AND Olbermann couldn’t part with his diatribe against conservatives AND FOX news…..Houston……We have a problem!!!
That is Olberheads whole show, bashing Fox who is kicking his stations ass, bash Sarah Palin, a conservative woman who happens to be pretty and GWB. In his world, Obama and the Libs can’t do in his eyes as that world is crumbling all around him. He is a tool.
Hey, Brenda, I’m obviously not a regular viewer of Overbite, but this is one of his best from 2009???? Even worse than I thought. If this is his best, what’s his worst??? What kind of life do YOU HAVE, if you EVER watch this kind of crap on a regular basis???
Big Keith enlightens! If someone is going to be smart enough to understand ‘Countdown’, you have to let the host do the thinking for you. Then they will tell you the right way to think. Now, if you are some crazy person that wants to think and decide for themselves… then by all means-watch some other channel than MSNBC.
Also, people should lay off Big Keith for always obsessing over Palin. He clearly has the hots for Sarah and has to mock her to cover up his self-loathing for liking her sooooo much. It’s completely normal…. Just like teasing the girl in school that you like the most. What is he supposed to do, compete with Rachel for the same girl? Geez!
Who said, ‘I can see Russia from my house’? It was not Sarah Palin.
But they want you to think it was her that said it.
Funny thing was on the Overbite show, Keith says, “Palin says she can see Russian from her HOUSE, see”. Then the tape rolls and Palin says, “you can see parts of Russia from ALASKA”. Keith proved himself a LIAR, with the tapes.
at club
He never said she said that. He said she something much worse. That was her response at why she would be good with dealing with Russia.

K.O. Lover
I think you’re talking about faux news.
the AP had an article highly critical of MSNBC for not covering the breaking news on Christmas about the attempted terrorist act in Detroit. Both Fox and CNN covered it at length but MSNBC went with it’s pretaped programming. Merry Christmas from MSNBC–murderers and pedophiles instead of holiday programming or important breaking news. Even left bloggers are coming down on them. Msnbc is not a serious news channel…it is a record of leftist opinions and a propaganda tool for Obama. It doesn’t even have enough money or viewers to run 24/7 like real news channels do. I can’t imagine Fox or CNN running reruns of Prefator Raw in primetime or anytime for that matter. Embarrasing.
you know whats hilarious? people like this idiot “club” complaining about 10 whole minutes of olbermann making fun of sarah palin, yet glenn beck can ramble on and on about his moronic conspiracy theories about socialism and communism linking all kinds of people to random figures because he uses arrows on a chalkboard.
and others like “cindy” complain about olbermann not taking time to report on the xmas scare with the terrorist on northwest airlines, which is a legitimate complaint, but “cindy” doesnt realize that olbermann’s program on monday and tuesday were both PRE-TAPED. so its not like he could just start reporting on something else on a show that was already taped.
and finally, “tom” states that all olbermann talks about is fox news because they get good ratings (HAH!) and attacking sarah palin because shes hot (HAH!, again) is comedy. the strawman arguments just pour in like crazy with some nutjobs. with all that, on top of “club” calling him “overbite” is so childish. and its just simple projection… they complain about olbermann bashing fox news and palin, yet, they are complaining about olbermann all the time and bashing him. nice logic, idiots.
by the way, “tony”, where is the correlation with msnbc not reporting about the terrorist on the plane and being a “propaganda tool” for obama? is that one of those glenn beck conspiracy theory connections? and not reporting on the weekends, when practically nothing happens, has nothing to do with being a “serious news organization”. you are serious news organization when you report on stories and news with facts and actual journalism… something every network, except fox news, does and has always done.
“Maddow now behind Hannity, Behar and King. But she did draw a bigger audience than the power juicer infomercial. MSNBC should cut its losses here.”
its one night, felix. get a clue. maybe msnbc viewers have a life and are not staying home watching news during the holidays. and there are no losses to cut from that… her ratings are perfectly fine other nights.
“After I started watching, I wondered, “how long can this juvenile attempt at humor go on?”
yet, you show your own juvenile attempt at humor by calling him “overbite”… some more nice projection, club.
“Keith says, “Palin says she can see Russian from her HOUSE, see”.”
LOL… he never said that.
Once again, Glenn Beck is accused of conspiracy theories, but there is no debating of the facts he presents in the radicals own words. Radicals can’t do anything but heap on the personal attacks, but their arguments lack substance. Most who criticize Beck don’t even watch him; they just repeat the words of the other morons out there who can’t debate anything. They are incensed at the chalk board, yet they can’t argue with what’s on the chalkboard give any evidence of why they believe it’s not true. It’s uncomfortable being faced with information that’s beyond their understanding, so they just throw tantrums. It’s time to grow up.
@Anonymous, well written my friend!
I told someone over on the “Late Night” comments tab to come to the “cable news” comments tab because it’s always entertainment over here…LOL
mindy…no it wasn’t.
