FOX won night with The Fiesta Bowl, followed by ABC with the premiere ofand CBS with reruns.
The premiere of Conveyor Belt of Love came in second to Boise St. vs. TCU in the 10pm hour.
There was two hours of Heroes on NBC and with the Fiesta Bowl I'm not sure anything can be read into the fate of Heroes once it moves back to 9pm next week, but last night it fared worse in the 9pm hour than it did in the 8pm hour.
: On the Wings of Love from 8-10pm drew an average audience of 9.5 million viewers and a 3.3/8 in Adults 18-49 and was up over its season premiere a year ago in both total viewers (9%) and Adults 18-49 (6%) and was its highest with young adults since April 2007 and was the 2nd most-watched opener of the show in 9 seasons. Outside of the Fiesta Bowl, it was number one with adults 18-34 for the night.
From 8:30pm-11 The Fiesta Bowl averaged a 4.4/11 with adults 18-49 and 13.1 million viewers, but again these are preliminary non time-zone adjusted numbers that are subject to move revision than normal.
As ever, CBS had strong performance from repeats of its Monday night lineup, particularly.

- O'Brien (1.0/4 in 18-49 in local people meters) out-delivered CBS's (0.9/4) in Nielsen's 24 local markets with People Meters.
- At 12:35 a.m., Jimmy Fallon (0.6/3 in 18-49 in local people meters) topped CBS's LATE (0.4/3).

These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs which are currently in approximately 24.4% of all U.S. TV households. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
