WWE had to bring in a big name because they go up against the UFC on January 11th, should be a interesting day.

  2. Mike

it was a mike tyson appearance on a then wwf ppv that started the ratings turn for wwf and ultimately winning the monday night wars.

  3. Shane

WWE never “needed” a big name to go up against UFC. WWE was always going to crush UFC in the ratings and that will probably be more since WWE have Tyson and UFC has done a bad job promoting the show.

  4. Hot Pocket

Unlike TNA, WWE vs. UFC isn’t that interesting unless UFC is sending out their box office players like Rashard Evans, Brock Lesnar, Kimbo Slice, Rampage Jackson, BJ Penn, or Chuck Liddell.

I wonder how soon it will be until TNA moves to Mondays. Hogan wants to do it as soon as possible and I don’t blame him.

do they honestly expect Tyson to draw?

    i don’t see it.
