Update: The full overnight ratings report has all the night's broadcast numbers.
And the ratings are in: Chuck averaged a 2.6 rating with adults 18-49 and 7.322 million viewers. Down around 10% from Sunday's two-hour premiere. Full post coming soon, but I'll leave you with this: Heroes averaged a 2.1 rating at 9pm and 4.7 million. Yikes!
Original post:
Sadly the overnight ratings aren't available at 5:20 a.m. ET, but if you check back here around 11:30a ET they should be available.
We'll of course have the full overnight ratings post up shortly after that but I will post the Chuck numbers here first as soon as we have them. Last night's "Awesome" centric episode of Chuck: Chuck vs the Angel de la Muerte faced off against House, The Bachelor, the 100th episode of How I Met Your Mother and Accidentally On Purpose.
Sunday night's premiere of Chuck averaged a 2.9 rating with adults 18-49 and 7.4 million in the overnight numbers. How will Monday night's episode do?
Here's a blank ratings table for to give you the full broadcast landscape for Monday night.
P.S. It's not too late to enter the "How 'Awesome' is Chuck" contest which will be open until Thursday night.

Thanks for waking me up to tell me you don’t have the overnights yet. Baw. x(
You know Robert, given how all Chuck episodes have “Vs.” in the title, I’d love to see “Chuck Vs. House” but can’t ever see that happening…
Other things to look out for too are:
1 – will Big Bang Theory beat 2.5 Men in viewers and/or share?
2 – have Fringe’s ratings gone up enough to move it to Mondays (and put Lie to Me on Thursdays) permanently?
3 – is Castle still climbing?
4 – is Heroes still dropping?
5 – has the recent Leno news increased his ratings?
Should all make for some very interesting analysis.
it’s 1PM here in Croatia, so like always I can see last night’s ratings at 6PM, just after school
Go Chuck and Heroes!!
Ah, a blank ratings table, filled with promise and potential.
Chuck and Castle were great tonight! Hopefully they do well enough to improve their positions on the Renew/Cancel Index (or start off in a good position for Chuck).
I wasn’t that happy with the last 3 episodes of House, but last night’s episode was PERFECT again! I know most people here are rooting for Chuck, but personally I hope lots of people saw the awesomeness that is House last night.
Gossip Girl repeat to get 0.3/1… lock it in?
I hope that Chuck has a great rating!!! But Against House is Hard!!!
We can watch HOUSE any time. It does not need our ratings.
What will be considered good retention out of sunday night’s season opener?? 2.7 share and 6.8m? If so, would NBC be better suited to pulling a CW and trying to program a very male-centric Sunday night vs. the likes of Extreme Home Make Over, Desparate Housewives, Cold Case, etc.
My head is still spinning from the solid opener. I’d like to see Chuck in a position where it can grow a little. Mondays are so hard, but here’s hoping people saw something they liked on Sunday.
I do think last night’s episode of Chuck was a stronger episode than the 2 hour premiere so I hope it does well.
I have a question on Fringe, I don’t know if you could answer it but was that a old episode that did not air? the reason I ask is because I thought the Cop that works with Oliva died and got his body thrown in a fire or did i miss something? Anyone that follows the show know whats going on?
Bryan, yes, it was an unaired episode from last season:

I’m hoping Chuck pulled a 2.6, with around 6.5M total viewers.
I was spot on for the premiere.
I’m hoping Chuck hits between 2.5 to 2.6 leading into the Olympics. After that, I figure it’ll dip to 2.4 for awhile, then rebound back to the 2.5 to 2.6 range as competitor seasons finish.
I’m rooting for a strong HIMYM performance myself. Reach for that elusive 4.0!
Castle was great. i hope it translates into good numbers….Where are the ratings?
Seems like Fox forgot to mention that this was a season 1 unaired episode. Most of people I heard of were pissed of not knowing how Charlie “revived”
I must say this episode should have stayed buried… It was the weakest episode to date.
Last night’s episode of Chuck was . . . . wait for it . . . . awesome!!!
My heart just stopped at the end — but thank goodness for previews!
I hope it did well!
I’m thinking Chuck gets a 2.4 rating and 6.35 million for it’s regular Monday season opener last night.

If Chuck lasts long enough to get syndicated to USA Network, it’s possible Zach and Hugh would have to do one of those “Characters Welcome” commercials together. Beyond that….total pipe dream.
I’m predicting a 2.5 for Chuck and 3.7 for How I Met Your Mother
