President Obama's State of the Union address next Wednesday, January 27 wound up working out well for Human Target.

As was expected, on the 27th FOX is moving American Idol from 9pm to 8pm, but the episode of Human Target that is getting the boot, is getting booted to Tuesday, January 26 at 9pm where it will have American Idol as a lead-in.   Schedule-wise, that's trading up for Human Target.

As a result, Kitchen Nightmares loses the Idol boost it was set to get on January 26 though it is still set to get its previously planned Idol boost on February 2.
