Jimmy Kimmel welcomes Harrison Ford, who delivers the late-night host a very special anniversary gift; Kristen Bell, who discusses her new movie, “When in Rome”; and Silversun Pickups will perform on the Bud Light Golden Wheat outdoor stage at on Tuesday, January 26 at 12:05 a.m., ET on ABC.

When you first read the sentence did anyone else think Harrison Ford was somehow offering Kimmel Kristen Bell as a very special anniversary gift?
This show is a complete waste of time, unworthy of airtime on the great ABC Television Network.
ABC should bring back ‘Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher’. That was superb, thought-provoking television, and it was the best audience flow partner that ‘Nightline’ ever had.

7 of the most forgettable years in TV history. It’s impossible to understand why he has a show. Absolutely impossible.
ATCat – Politically Incorrect gave way to Real Time with Bill Maher which has won countless awards for writing and hosting. Which means, yes, it was great and which also means, yes it’s eons better than Kimmel ever has been or will be.
Has Kimmel ever been nominated for an award based on his own talent? That Matt Damon video his ex Sarah did was written and produced (by Sarah) without zero talent Kimmel’s knowledge and presented to him on his 5th anniversary show – as a surprise. He had no clue about it beforehand.
Has he or his writer’s ever been nominated for anything that specifically distinguishes them? In 7 years? Answer: Nope. And he’s still on the air? Shame on you ABC.

Just watched east coast feed of this episode on my dvr. I had never watched kimmel before. wow, it’s really not good. how much of him being on the air for 7 years is just ABC being too stubborn to admit they were mistaken? Wouldn’t be the first time a network was full of it! Kimmel’s not even funny when he reads the prepared jokes. Fail.

Kimmel is the most replaceable host on TV. He brings nothing to the party, ‘cept a fat sleepy face and zero charisma. If that’s your thing, then I agree he’s number 1.
What kind of ratings does this show get because I just don’t get it. Conan on Late Night and Fergusen on The Late Late show were/are 1000 percent better. Now Jimmy fallon is another non funny person but I’ll give him a break. He’s only been on for 8 months. How Kimmel made it to 7 years is beyond me.
