    watch it bomb hardcore.

dancanman: They’re going to follow a porn CEO as he works the entry level positons? CBS must be trying to prove that things on TV also cannot be unseen.

If I calculated right, about 42% retention Grey’s vs. 36% Undercover Boss.

And I’m pretty sure while Grey’s became and is still ABC’s top show, UB will…not be.

  4. TD

What’s the record for the biggest drop from premiere episode to #2 episode? UB will probably shatter that record by a landslide.

  5. bryan

yeah, but what about Cold Case??

“And I’m pretty sure while Grey’s became and is still ABC’s top show, UB will…not be.”

-Grey’s SB episode was not its series premiere.

  7. j

Yes, but the SB ep did a lot to push it to the top. So, um…yeah.

  8. Who Knows?

What is the normal retention for a post-SB episode? What is considered good retention and bad retention?

And people (the ones who voted in the TVBTN poll) thought this would go under 20 million viewers. I was so sure it won’t since the concept is quite intriguing and would appeal to an average viewer

I was one of the people who picked this show to be under 20 million. I was shocked by the huge numbers. I watched the show and it isn’t too bad. If it helps boost TAR’s numbers then I’ll be happy.
