Good news for Dating in the Dark fans.

via James Hibberd:

The series, where couples date in total darkness, pulled a respectable number airing after "The Bachelorette" on Monday nights last summer.

ABC has picked up six more episodes of the show for this summer.

This renewal will help ABC keep their winsome combination of dancing/dating reality and ‘Castle’ going year-round.

  2. I still find this show strange

  3. The concept, that is

  4. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy this show last summer. Probably manipulated like every reality show, but I find it to be a really cool social experiment.

  5. I liked the show last year. I’ll watch again this season.

I hope SHARK TANK is next for renewal :)

If this replaces ‘Here Come the Newlyweds’ or ‘I Survived a Japanese Game Show’, I’ll be pissed.

    YAWN…..I don’t think there are a lot that care…

hence 6 posts over 2 days.

This is one of the very few reality shows I don’t absolutely hate. It’s a very interesting idea, getting to know someone and deciding if you want to date them without first seeing what they look like (of course, it sounds a lot like internet dating which is a lot less exciting).
