  1. Really? I could’ve sworn it ran after the game ended.

  2. game ran until 9:50p. other than the census bureau ad, all the top spots were after 9:15p.

  3. this was by far the best ad of the game. Just my opinion, and 574 people on facebook.

I prefered the commercial which was like LOST for the one beer company.

  5. MAK

it’s definitely better than the Doritos Funeral Ad. That really says: “I’m a big a-hole who faked my death so I can watch the game covered in Doritos.”

  6. DonWii

    =Green Police was my favorite.

  7. betty white ftw!

  8. 5506/orange5506

I like The Simpsons/Coke TV Commercial. Very Funny :D

  9. Johnny

The Bridgestone ad, “I said your life, not your wife,” was the best for me.

  10. Jeremy

The Google ad was the best, no question.

But how do they even measure this? How do you get the ratings for a 30-second ad?

  11. kencave

This doesn’t say anything about the popularity of the ads themselves, just the time that they aired. The ratings are based on # people tuned into the superbowl at a given time and so it basically follows the bell curve of viewers turning on and turning off the show.

  12. kencave

well, not a bell curve because most people apparently tune in towards the end but you get my drift…

  13. Billy

It was just dumb luck that it aired there. Those guys got one crazy break! I liked the ad too – pretty funny. I liked the Betty White one better though. Samurai was probably 2 or 3 for me.

  14. Bergie

The Google commercial was sheer genius. By far the best one. And thank God for Bud & Bud Light, or the level of actual humor would’ve been near a 44 year low.

  15. X-R.G.

Ummm the Gym was more weird than funny…but the Kid smacking the guy dating his mom and eating the kids Doritos was the funniest Ad to me.

  16. Yitzy

    Green Police #1!

  17. I think it is one the most frequent complaints that online trading has is non-inclusion of after marker orders. At relaince money super trade you can now place orders even after Market hours i.e. After Market Orders. Just Download the new exe place an AMO Buy/Sell order by changing the Order type from ‘NORMAL’ to ‘AMO’ in the Buy/Sell Order form. Know more http://bit.ly/cQsOBO

  18. Gleebo

There was no Nannerpuss this year so it was a huge let down from last year.

  19. @Jeremy: Nielsen also publishes ad effectiveness data (Nielsen IAG), which are independent of the number of viewers per se.

  20. @cgutierrez indeed. I never got around to posting the follow-up Nielsen Wire posted from the Nielsen IAG info on brand improvement and which ads were liked the best:
