Spartacus: Blood and Sand Ratings Rebound

After getting pummeled against the opening ceremonies of the Vancouver Winter Olympics games on Friday February 12, viewing for Spartacus: Blood and Sand rebounded based on preliminary numbers for Friday February 19 when it averaged almost 850,000 viewers and a .4 rating with adults 18-49.

I know we’re talking small numbers, but for Starz, it’s a pretty big deal…

*Drew a 2.1 Live and 2.8 Live +SD HH rating

*Ranked #1 among all premium programs for 2/19, doing so for the fifth consecutive Friday

*Exceeded last week’s premiere total viewers by 28%

*Exceeded season-to-date averages for HHs, P2+, A18-49, M18+

The combined Friday telecasts (10PM and 1:00AM):

*Attracted more viewers (1.14 million P2+) than any previous episode’s Friday telecasts
