After being bumped last week for the Westminster Dog Show, White Collar returned last night and averaged 3.57 million and a 1.2 rating with adults 18-49.  That’s down a bit from the 3.83 million and 1.3 rating for adults 18-49 two weeks ago which had rebounded nicely from the episode on 2/2 that dipped to a .9 adults 18-49 rating and less than 3 million viewers against the two hour Lost premiere.
