Caprica Ratings for "There Is Another Sky" Rise A little, But...

Friday's Caprica saw another 0.4 rating with adults 18-49, but average viewing grew by over 150,000.

Caprica was again steady with adults 18-49, and against the Olympics on NBC it had almost identical numbers to the episode on 2/5 that didn't compete with the Olympics.  That's the good news.

Caprica Season 1 ratings:

Date Episode 18-49 Rating Viewers (millions)
22-Jan-10 Pilot 0.4 1.602
29-Jan-10 Rebirth 0.5 1.411
5-Feb-10 Reins of a Waterfall 0.4 1.128
19-Feb-10 Gravedancing 0.4 0.976
26-Feb-10 There Is Another Sky 0.4 1.127
5-Mar-10 Know They Enemy
12-Mar-10 The Imperfections of Memory
19-Mar-10 Ghosts in the Machine
26-Mar-10 End of Line

The bad news is that although Syfy is available in 74 million more homes than Starz (~96 million homes vs. 22 million), Spartacus: Blood and Sand had almost identical numbers to Caprica.

I enjoyed Friday's Caprica quite a bit.  Hopefully it can start building on its ratings.

I think this last episode of Caprica was the best yet. Hopefully they can continue to do as good and grow.

I hope they do a marathon before the finale. I’m in wait and see mode.

I watch the series OnDemand. Why bother with live?

Caprica has been ok so far, I think it will get much better in the future. I think the ratings will improve too but not to where anyone will ever feel safe.

is that suppose to be “know thy enemy” for the next episode title?

I have seen many positive posts on last episode … maybe the next episode will see a bigger audience and grow a little from there if the next episode is good.
