March 11, 2010 (Burbank, CA) – The 14th cycle of AMERICA’S Next Top Model got off to a fashionably solid start last night, out-performing its fall premiere by on 6% in adults 18-34 (1.8/6), 7% in adults 18-49 (1.6/5), 5% in women 18-49 (2.3/7), 16% in total viewers (3.8mil) and 32% in female teens (2.5/9), according to preliminary live plus same day Nielsen ratings for Monday, March 10, 2010. AMERICA’S Next Top Model was on-par with its fall premiere among women 18-34 (2.7/9).
The first hour of AMERICA’S Next Top Model won the 8:00-9:00p. m. time period, beating all competition among adults 18-34 (1.9/7), women 18-34 (2.8/9), persons 12-34 (1.8/6), females 12-34 (2.7/9), teens (1.4/6) and female teens (2.5/10).
In head-to-head competition for the full 90 minute premiere, Top Model ranked second from 8:00-9:30p.m. last night among women 18-34 (2.7/9) and women 12-34 (2.7/9).
Top Model delivered The CW’s largest audience in the Wednesday 8:00-9:00p. m. time period (4.0mil) since 5/13/09 and the best female teens ratings in the hour since 4/28/09.

CW has to be happy this is at least doing well plus its a cheap reality show.
We are thoroughly disgusted with the premier of America's next top model last night. We turned it off after about 1/2 hour and would not allow our 15 year old daughter to watch it. Showing contestants talking about boy's penises in front of the judges and other vulgar activities is inexcusable. There are a lot of pre-teen and teen girls who watch this show. Our daughter is very interested in fashion and modeling, but she won't be watching this year.
OMG! This show has become such a disgusting joke! What IS it with all these black bitchy girls? They all glare at the other contestants instead of smile, they talk disgustingly, and they move around like they are ready to beat the crap out of the white girls. Yes, I'm white, but so what – Tyra is black and she acts like a decent human being, so why can't these other girls. How about you not accept ANY bitches on the show – black OR white, then maybe we would have a show to watch. Seems like this show purposely tries to create racial tension – DISGUSTING!
