Gary Unmarried deserves at the very least a 2010-2011 mid-season pickup. It's consistently one of the funniest shows on TV and these numbers are actually pretty decent considering its lead-in and lead-out were repeats.

I am 75% sure the show is dead, but I think it would be doing great numbers if it aired anywhere on the Monday lineup.

Both Ugly Betty and Gary Unmarried are horrible shows. I don't know how Betty managed to survive for as long as it did.

Sitcoms like GU, Til Death and Rules of Engagement are your typical outdated shows that would have done great in the 90s but hey, join us in the 2010s. I know that RoE deserves a renewal ratings-wise but Scrubs and Better Off Ted deserve it so much more quality-wise.

I have to agree with you. If they could do something like what they do with Rules of Engagement, I would love it. Set it up behind something strong and it could do well. I really want another episode so I know what's going to happen to him.

If they could do Accidentally on Purpose at 8 pm next season barring it gets renewed and does well on Wednesdays, having that as a lead in for Christine for half a year and on the other half do Gary.

That was in response to kev not stefan.

But @stefan: I don't know how you can sit through Scrubs. Once upon a time I use to watch back to back episodes every night but then I just couldn't do it anymore. The moral aspect they try to throw at you at the end of each episode is just lame. Plus the only single camera comedies I can really stand is It's always Sunny and Modern Family. I guess that's why I haven't really given Community a chance and why I religiously watch CBS Monday.

  5. High Society got pretty much the same ratings as last week.
I wonder what will happen when it doesn't have ANTM as a lead-in next week though. It seems to have gotten slightly better ratings then Melrose Place.

    High Society
    - 1.176 million viewers
    - 0.9/1 HH
    - 0.5/2 A18-49
    - 0.6/2 A18-34
    - 1.1/3 W18-34

    Melrose Place
    - 1.125 million viewers
    - 0.7/1 HH
    - 0.6/1 A18-49
    - 0.7/2 A18-34
    - 1.0/3 W18-34

  6. I used to watch Ugly Betty during its first season but grew tired of its story. I know its patterned on a tv series that was shown in Mexico, with similar storyline.

maybe CBS should try an 8-11p comedy lineup since everyone want their comedy on mondays.
