Nielsen Ratings for HBO's "The Pacific" Down, But Not Much For Second Episode

HBO's The Pacific fell a bit from the premiere, but not too far.    On Sunday the second episode averaged 2.788 million and a 1.0 rating with adults 18-49 versus 3.079 million and a 1.1 rating with adults 18-49 in the previous week’s premiere.

Some will say of course it didn't fall too far because it didn't start out very high (for a $200 million production with big marketing) to begin with!  But the drop between premiere and second episode could've certainly been much worse.
