Updated: “Justified” Falls Hard; “Law & Order: CI” returns, Plus More…

FX’s Justified 3rd outing on Tuesday took quite a dive from last week, down to 2.3 million viewers (from 3.5 million) and a 0.9 adults 18-49 rating (from a 1.4). It did still beat Southland, which was down from last week as well, but not nearly as much as Justified. 16 and Pregnant beat them both for adults 18-49.

Were they victims of the V return? As the Mythbusters would say: Plausible.

Update from Seidman:  It seems perhaps even  more “plausible”  the premiere of  Law & Order: Criminal Intent hurt Justified.    Law & Order: CI averaged 3.56 million viewers and a 1.1 rating with adults 18-49.
