American Idol sang its way back to the top of both the top 2 spots for adults 18-49 ratings and average viewership for the broadcast primetime week. With its spring return, Glee claimed the top ranking for scripted shows among the adults 18-49 ratings, with Two and a Half Men edging it for average viewership.
