ABC took Sunday night with adults 18-49 with a middling 2.3 rating, narrowly edging out FOX and NBC which each scored a 2.2 rating with adults 18-49. FOX won the night with younger adults 18-34 and CBS won the night with total viewers.
and Brothers & Sisters did not set consecutive series lows, but to say they "bounced back" from last week's lows is a bit of a stretch. with a 3.3 preliminary 18-49 rating was barely ahead of last week's series low 3.2 preliminary rating and Brothers & Sisters 2.4 rating with adults 18-49 was two-tenths better than last week's 2.2 rating.
FOX ran new episodes of Theand , but it was a repeat of that scored its best ratings for the night with a 3.2 rating with adults 18-49.
CBS took the 8pm hour with, but from 9pm-11pm the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie, When Love Is Not Enough: The Lois Wilson Story was hardly watched by adults 18-49 with a 1.2 rating. That was down significantly from the most recent Hallmark Hall of Fame Movie, A Dog Named Christmas, which scored a 2.1 rating with adults 18-49 on 11/29/09.
NBC was led by Celebrity Apprentice, which was up about 20% from last week to a 3.0 rating between 9p-11p, its best numbers since its season premiere on March 14 scored a 3.2 rating. It won the 10pm hour with a 3.3 rating, dominating its broadcast competition.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with agame, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs which are currently in approximately 24.4% of all U.S. TV households. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
