EW's Michael Ausiello is reporting that ABC's FlashForward, Romantically Challenged, Better Off Ted and Scrubs have all been canceled.
That would fall into the no surprise, somewhat surprising (at least to us), no kidding and no kidding categories.
Zach Braff wasn't kidding when he Facebook'd that Scrubs was canceled nearly 2 months ago.

No surprises there for me…
I think that should be: no surprise, somewhat surprising (but mostly only to us), no kidding and no kidding. Though we were not alone with 50%ish odds for RC, there are many people (hi Julia!) who will not be surprised at all
Agreed. Added the parenthetical.
The only 1 im kinda surprised about is Romantically Challenged. I guess ABC really has no faith in it.
And it had nothing to do with retention!
Yeah, I was just starting to believe that RC was looking okay for next year, too. Ah well. Can't say I'll miss it.
As for FF…yeah. I think we've all known that for weeks now.
Retentionista! Burn her!
RC getting whacked is not a surprise, their mid 2s there is sub 2s everywhere else.
Funnily enough, this was coincidentally the best FlashForward since the pilot.
No surprises at all except for maybe Romantically Challenged, but that doesn't seem too much of a surprise either.
I hope Alyssa Milano gets/joins another TV show because I need her to be on my TV screen again.
Disappointed about FF but everyone saw that coming.
Emmys don't pay the bills… and neither do ratings as horrible as Ted's
Not even slightly surprising, but I'm still sad. I'll miss both Better Off Ted and FlashForward.
BOT and Scrubs were guaranteed to be finished, in a way surprised about RC pretty early cancellation, and with V being renewed or not Flashforward was finished shame really as it had a great concept and just flopped.
I think RC was a dead show before it aired its first episode.
RIP Better Off Ted… Great show mishandled by ABC, but it doesn't really fit the network anyway.
Scrubs should of ended last year. RC was DOA. FF was a goner after episode 10 and the hiatus.
Which makes me wonder… why haven't they announced the cancellation for The Deep End? It inevitable, but…
Wow ABC actually made the smart move with RC, I guess they knew that it wouldn't do any good without DWTS as a lead in.
The only mild surprise, if I can even call it that, is the decision to toss Romantically Challenged. There was a part of me that wondered if they would give it a “second chance” in the fall (I think I was one of those 50/50 people, but mainly for that reason) but, if this is true, then ABC has given up on it. The rest… done, done, and definitely done.

Because then they'd have to remind everyone about it. I think they'd rather pretend it never existed.
Not to mention that none of these cancellations were really “announced”, they almost never are.
