“THIS WEEK” GROWS DOUBLE DIGITS WEEK TO WEEK IN TOTAL VIEWERS AND A25-54
On Sunday, June 6, 2010, ABC News’ “This Week” was the number two Sunday morning discussion program among Total Viewers and Adults 25-54, according to Nielsen Media Research. Reporting 2.77 million Total Viewers, “This Week” posted its best Total Viewer and demo deliveries since January. The ABC Sunday morning program also continued to experience week to week growth among Adults 25-54 (+36%) and among Total Viewers (+28%).
“This Week” was rescheduled in seven markets due to coverage of the Children’s Miracle Network. NBC’s “Meet the Press” was pre-empted for the French Open.
Last Sunday anchor Jake Tapper’s Admiral Thad Allen and Senators John Kerry (D-MA) and John Cornyn (R-TX). The round table featured Liz Cheney, Arianna Huffington, Markos Moulitsas, and George Will.
Ian Cameron is the executive producer. ABC News Senior White House Correspondent Jake Tapper is the interim anchor. The program airs Sundays on the ABC Television Network.
