2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa Final – Netherlands vs. Spain – Live on ABC

ABC will provide live coverage of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa final between the Netherlands and Spain from Soccer City in Johannesburg, South Africa, on Sunday, July 11. Martin Tyler and Efan Ekoku will call the matchup of European powers, though neither country has won a World Cup title. The one-hour prematch show will start at 1:30 p.m. ET. ESPN’s roster of studio analysts will include former Dutch National Team player Ruud Gullit, Spaniard and manager of Premier League club Wigan Athletic Roberto Martinez, Steve McManaman and Alexi Lalas. John Harkes will join Bob Ley at Soccer City for pre-, halftime and postmatch analysis.

On Saturday, July 10, Ian Darke and John Harkes will call the third-place match – Uruguay vs. Germany – on ABC from Port Elizabeth. Coverage will begin at 2 p.m.

On ESPN Radio, the lead commentator team of JP Dellacamera and Tommy Smyth will call the Final, while Glenn Davis and Kyle Martino will call the third-place match. ESPN 3D will televise both matches, and coverage will also be available on ESPN3.com, ESPN Mobile TV and ESPN Deportes.
