USA’s summer is in full effect and continues to get hotter as Covert Affairs joins the USA family, White Collar returns for its sophomore season and Psychreturns for its most outlandish season yet, with all-new episodes of the smash hits Royal Pains and Burn Notice continuing to burn up Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights every week!

TUESDAY, JULY 13

White Collar – “Withdrawal” (SEASON PREMIERE) – 9/8c

An elusive master thief (guest star Tim Matheson) has targeted a handful of New York’s most prestigious banks, and it’s up to Peter (Tim DeKay) and Neal (Matt Bomer) to thwart his next heist.  But when alarms sound across the city, it becomes clear our guys are dealing with no ordinary criminal.

Covert Affairs – “Pilot” (SERIES PREMIERE) – 10/9c

Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) is removed from the CIA training school and thrust into the inner sanctum of the Agency for what appears to be their need of her exceptional linguistic skills, but there may be something or someone from her past that her CIA bosses are really after.  At the agency, she meetsAuggie Anderson (Christopher Gorham), a CIA military intelligence agent, blinded while on assignment, who quickly becomes her friend and confidant; Arthur Campbell (guest star Peter Gallagher), the CIA’s formidable director of Clandestine Services; and her new boss Joan (Kari Matchett), who happens to be married to Arthur.  Annie meanwhile lives with her older sister Danielle (Anne Dudek), a married mother of two, whom she keeps a very large secret.

Psych – “ROMEO AND JULIET AND JULIET “ (SEASON PREMIERE) – 10/9c

Shawn (James Roday) and Gus (Dule' Hill) find themselves caught between two rival Chinese Triad families as they search for one of the leader’s abducted daughter.  Meanwhile, Shawn’s father Henry (Corbin Bernsen) joins the police department in charge of the “consultants” – Shawn and Gus.  Juliet (Maggie Lawson) also deals with the lingering traumatic effects of her kidnapping in last season’s finale.

THURSDAY, JULY 15

Burn Notice – “Entry Point” – 9/8c

Sam (Bruce Campbell) and Jesse (Coby Bell) interrogate a captured contract killer (guest star Navi Rawat) in order to find out who ordered a recent assassination. Meanwhile, Michael (Jeffrey Donovan) and Fiona (Gabrielle Anwar) pose as security consultants to stop a notorious antiquities thief from stealing a priceless artifact.

Royal Pains – “In Vino Veritas” – 10/9c

When Tucker's (guest star Ezra Miller) best friend returns to the Hamptons, his reckless behavior causes Tucker to suspect the worst, but Hank (Mark Feuerstein) realizes a medical condition is to blame. Meanwhile, Divya (Reshma Shetty) treats a woman who fears her job as a winemaker is on the line when her symptoms hinder her palate -- but learns the problem is much less complicated than she first thought.
