Not a big surprise since Syfy had already announced that both Sanctuary and SGU were relocating to Tuesdays from Fridays. The September 28 date had been rumored, but at the San Diego Comic-Con, Syfy confirmed it.

SyFy just purchased the rights to WWE's Smackdown and that will be airing Friday's from now on. Since Friday's already have low viewership, it makes sense for them not to waste expensive scripted shows on that day.

Looking forward to season 2 of SGU in the Fall. I know there is still alot of haters on this website, but I think SGU improved alot as the season progressed. Hopefully the move to Tuesday's will be beneficial.

I'm just not sure how well Syfy's dramas are going to do going up against the networks but we'll see. I have this feeling that the Live +SD numbers are going to take a hit and they'll maybe make them up on the +7.

I actually prefer Universe to Atlantis… The original was the best, of course, but Atlantis turned into a joke in its last season. I'm really enjoying Universe and I really don't understand why there's so much haters out there.

Looking forward to Sanctuary and the gang. Hope we see more Druitt this year. And I still want Ashley back by hook or crook!

I would watch SGU however, i find the all present and really annoying camera movement really makes me dizzy and is just plain annoying–some ok, but always a real bother. I can't be the only one so I will not watch as much as I would like to.

I hope the move brings fresh eyes. The other Stargate shows improved in their second seasons and this one probably will too.

I think in a way it's less about the shows and more about Syfy deciding to take the networks on kind of head to head with ALL their dramas/dramadies. Syfy either feels confident enough in it's shows Sanctuary/SGU maybe Caprica when it comes back and whatever new scripted show they've got cooking, to move to Tuesday and take on the Big 4 or it's a throw of the dice to see if they can bump the ratings up to something more acceptable to the brass, something more along the line of the summer shows like W13 and Eureka.

I think they'd like the Tuesday shows to be in the 2-3 million range to keep them viable and that's what the move is about, Syfy wants to see if their shows can pull higher ratings on a new night. Even if they can just leech some viewers then they can go forward.

Sanctuary's the real wild card for me because it could get creamed on Tuesday or it could leech a few hundred thousand viewers away from other stuff and because it's so cheap to make, that could really help it.

SGU and Caprica are more expensive to make and if they can't suck some viewers away from other shows or they stay static, I would think that would be much more harmful.

I'm still thinking they'll be DVRing going on with the Syfy shows rather than Live+SD. I wonder what, if any, effect V coming back will have? Or No Ordinary Family on ABC?

I'd keep Sanctuary on Fridays in it's regular timeslot. Of all their current shows, it would fit best coming out of Smackdown. That would've allowed the remainder of Caprica to return in the fall paired again with SGU.

Bla – we've all known about this for months. If anyone broken anything it was probably Malozzi. And people don't care if something is an exclusive or someone breaks something – they hang out at the places they like to hang out and wait for news to reach them there.
