While still a couple of months away from airing, CBS is getting some promotion about Justin Bieber's appearance on CSI from Bieber himself.

"CSI premieres on Thursday, Sept 23rd on CBS...and I told you I was a BAD MAN!!," Bieber wrote on Twitter, linking to the picture above.

I just threw up in my mouth a little bit

  2. feel sorry for cbs having to resort to this =/

CBS: Doing whatever it takes to get someone under 55 to turn on the tiffany lamp.

  4. Momonja

Don't forget that CBS placed second in adults 18-49 for atleast last two years.

  5. Craigdebolt

I hear 'ya Momonja. It was more of a joke with a stab of truth. Anywho, there are a few younger skewing shows I catch on the 'BS…
    David Letterman
    How/Mother
    Big Bang
and I'll definitely catch Shatner on #$^* My Dad Says.
But, there's no denying CBS does have to go out of it's way to get those younger viewers to give them sampling.

  6. I have and always will have a deep deep hatred for CBS. Worst programing on television. Even though I absolutely love CSI, this is utterly pathetic.

He looks like a younger version of the kid who played Jack Bauer's nephew on “24″ and plays Horatio Kane's (sp?) kid on CSI: Miami. Hope they give Bieber some acting lessons. All shows do cast stunting. Look at all the shows with Betty White and who knew she would be the one who can pull in the demos.

Wow, “deep hatred”, I usually reserve that term for people involved in genocide or folks who hurt puppies or kittens. I mean it is just a TV after all. Change the channel.

  9. Hope he gets a death penalty

  10. frivolousz21

Instead of using a no talent guy like him…maybe use Eminem..he sure could play a guy on the streets….

Nothing says badass like a hair helmet.

/Still thinks he looks like Ellen Page

I understand. It's not CBS's problem if the elderly choose their shows. The network is doing great in the 18-49 and having a lot more viewers is kind of a bonus or an incentive. I just don't understand why others attack CBS being old skewing. Yes it is but if you neglect its ratings of adults 50 above, it still has great numbers in 18-49.

I'm 22 and I watch a lot of CBS shows, plus Castle, Bones, Family Guy, and SVU.

Kindred soul! CBS is the most unambitious and uninteresting network out there. The only show I ever watched from them was Jericho and even that wasn't very good and I quit during the first season. The broadcast nets are pretty pathetic these days anyway. Cable is the best destination.

  14. Nathan

Not with that haircut he isn't a bad man.

  15. denverdean

Bieber Fever! LOL. You have no idea, how much I loathe this talentless creature. But, at least, he's doing his part to promote the show. Let's face it: every show resorts to stunt casting. Hello Chuck, SVU, GA, Community, 30 Rock, Fringe, SPN, etc. There's nothing wrong with it, unless the person is awful — in this case, he may be.

  16. Hopefully his acting is better than the props. Handcuffs? Anyone? I'm sure most really bad criminals are trusted to hold their hands together making no effort to escape.

  17. jcarbo04

This kid has got to be on minute 13 or 14 of his 15. And it can't come soon enough. It's comical to watch these teen idols go from God status to nobody in a matter of a year, or 2 at the most. Remember Jessie McCartney, and Aaron Carter? lol. What a joke. CBS/CSI should be ashamed.

  18. greenmantis

I do not think I have ever misses an episode of CSI, but I will purposely miss this one with this rodent on it. He is one of the most talentless hacks in the entertainment and has only made himself popular because of his pansy bangs. Total puss.

  19. arun279

I know I'll be watching if Eminem guest stars on CSI.

  20. arun279

The problem with this casting choice, as I gather from the comments I read is that the ones who don't watch the show are laughing at the desperate attempt of the show and the ones who regularly watch the show have decided not watch the premiere as they dislike this guy. Is CSI digging a hole for itself?

The show is on air since 10 years, the creators need to know their fans better than this by now.
