Bravo's 'Real Housewives of D.C.' Premieres to 1.6 Million; 'Bethenny Getting Married?' Finale Draws 1.9 Million

Finale of "Bethenny Getting Married?” Scores 1.9 Million Total Viewers

NEW YORK – August 6, 2010 – Washington, D.C. has voted for Bravo's "The Real Housewives of D.C.,” making it that market's No. 1 most watched show in all of television – broadcast and cable – in the 9pm time period based on household ratings, and earned 1,628,000 total viewers and 1,002,000 adults 18-49 nationally, according to Nielsen Media Research. The series premiere was the highest cable household rating in D.C. in that timeslot in almost two months and marked the highest rated 9pm series premiere among total viewers in Bravo history nationally. "The Real Housewives of D.C.” marked a record high online with page views, earning its highest premiere day show site page for the Housewives franchise, scoring 505,900 page views.  Additionally, the show site yielded 43,900 unique visitors, and 28,800 video streams on Thursday alone.

Bravo's successful freshman series "Bethenny Getting Married?” ended its run well, earning 1.9 million total viewers and 1.1 million adults 18-49 during Thursday's finale, up 21 percent and 25 percent respectively versus the prior week. The season averaged 1.8 million total viewers and 1.1 million adults 18-49. During season finale, Bravo's "Talk Bubble” also fared well, recording double digit increases in both unique visitors (up 58 percent) and video streams (up 55 percent) versus the launch of the "Real Housewives of New York City” Talk Bubble in March.
