I declare CNN a scratch. They are down to blood relatives and paid employees.

  2. Anonymous

Hardball doesn’t seem to be faring much better. Is the thrill gone?

CNN needs to send Rick and his 286,000 packing. An invisible chimp could get better ratings.

  3. Anonymous

All the programs were down on Friday. Big drop between the O’Reilly Factor and Hannity. And I think this is the first time that MSNBC Investigates beats out an O’Reilly rerun in the 25-54 group.

  4. Anonymous

Yep- Fri is a wasteland for most programmming, so numbers are usually down, but Rick’s numbers are, I think, starting to reflect the fact that his audience is realizing he has the intellectual capacity of a petrified hunk of mammoth scat.

I think the 11P numbers are off- everything else is down, but MSNBC goes up from 300k to 500k? Looks like an error or misplaced comma, but if it’s real, what were they investigating?

  5. Anonymous

The P2+ primetime average for FNC was much higher than it should have been considering the numbers for each show. The Factor didn’t feature new programming on Friday. I suspect that Bill O’Reilly is taking time off to get his new book ready for release. He needs a wake up call.

  6. Good catch. Typo boosted results by 1 million. Fixed!

  7. Both O’Reilly and Hannity ran re-runs for their prime time 8 and 9 pm slots….

  8. Anonymous

I think the numbers are correct. Anyway, my guess is that they were investigating some murder from years back. Non-news programming.

  9. Anonymous

They were recaps of the week. Sort of like reruns.

Rick need to go his problem is he trying to be Mr hunk forget it Sanchez you just don”t have it.As far as Mathews that thing that was tingle up his leg also got to his brain. We want fact about what going on in the world. Watch O”Reilly and learn.

  11. Rrstarzek

You are right but i think they have also jump ship.

  12. Rrstarzek

So what are you getting at.

  13. Ritwingr

What did the mammoths ever do to you that you would insult their petrified droppings by drawing a comparison like this?

  14. Anonymous

Ha! Good one. Next time I’ll compare Rick to something not as cute or intelligent as a dropping from a Mammoth. Perhaps Olby’s petrified pea-brain will suffice in the future. He made another big boo-boo the other night. Guess that’s what happens when you use Media Matters and/or HuffPo as reliable sources of “news.” And he wonders why his ratings continue to drop…

  15. patriot

Where can I find FOX business channel’s ratings?

  16. Annepogozelski

Fox leads the ratings because we always get to hear both sides of a story. While they lean right, they’re always fair, unlike other cable news programs. Hearing only left-leaning rhetoric without any challenge becomes boring. I used to enjoy Morning Joe but lately it seems as though the panel has been given “marching orders” to defend the liberal viewpoint. You would think that CNN and MSNBC would try to copy success (Fox) rather than failure (liberal talk radio).

  17. Rrstarzek

I FELL THE SAME WAY IT ALWAY NICE TO HEAR BOTH SIDE BEFORE THE VERDICT IS IN.
HAVING A DIFFERENT OPINION ,IS OK IF IT NOT JUST ONE SIDED.ON MORNING JOE IT GOTTEN TO BE JUST ABOUT THE LEFT. AND BY THEIR RATING YOU CAN TELL THAT THE PEOPLE FELL THE SAME WAY.

  18. Rrstarzek

Sound like you are a winner.

  19. I find it ironic that even when some of Fox’s biggest shows are doing reruns or at least not new shows, that CNN still came in 4th in almost evey category and could only muster 3rd in the others. I get than MSNBC is going after the left and far left. I just can’t figure out who CNN is going after and I guess the viewers can’t either.
