Both USA's White Collar and Syfy's Warehouse 13 did about the same as last week.
While USA's Covert Affairs was down from series highs last week by 0.4 adults 18-49 ratings points and about 600,000 viewers. (Update from Robert: the TV Listings service from Tribune Media Services and any program guides using their listings data had "White Collar" and "Covert Affairs" listed as repeats. No way to know what impact, if any, that had on the ratings).
Teen Mom went large with adults 18-49. Its 1.8 rating was the best for the selected Tuesday shows.
Melissa & Joey's third outing fell noticeably from its second.

Great job White Collar – been great from the start and gets better every week!
White Collar rollin’. Will be on at 10 in January – it’s Bomerific
Make It or Break It is lucky to be coming back in January. I wonder if Huge is also but I doubt it.
My DVR thought COVERT AFFAIRS was a repeat and did not record.
Aww, the Flapjack series finale went out in a whimper. I guess that’s what happens when CN doesn’t promote it.
Yes I think the Covert Affairs slip is due to issues in certain markets, my schedule showed it as not even on last night. I only noticed there was a new episode because I see a torrent of it floating around..
I’m shocked Flipping Out and Rachel Zoe have not only maintained those numbers but continue to gain almost every week. Tuesdays for Bravo are now a bright spot in their schedule.
Chopped Champions should have scored higher I think, I personally like season 2 very much. It’s improved so much from the 1st season.
I’m really starting to love CA. I just hope they drop the ex BF premise next season. I’m just really not buying the whole 2 weeks together and he/she is the love of my life ordeal. There’s no chemistry between those two ad also no chemistry between her and her sister. I would prefer for them to explore Auggie’s past rather than her summer fling or a 1/4 of it.
Most cable markets reflected both CA and WC as non-original episodes last night, however recording would only have affected +7′s and I imagine most who watch live are aware they were both new episodes. DirectTV was fine. Great to see Collar doing so well, somehow they made it even better this year. Covert is kind of fluff, I watch it but in January may not if up against some really good TV. Also hoping they pair White Collar with a better show in January – since it is getting a time change to 10pm.
For what it’s worth, every guide I saw (Tivo Boston, Comcast Boston, and Comcast Cape Cod) showed CA and White Collar as new episodes last night.
CA goes back and forth for me. One week I love it, the next I don’t. Not even Peter Gallagher could save last night for me. Completely agree with Caster – ditch Eion Bailey. I’m not a fan of Jai but even he has more chemistry with Annie than Ben does.
Melissa & Joey is getting better each week, too bad it slid in ratings. Still better than Make It or Break It! I wish ABC Family will figure out how to keep an audience with their sitcoms becuase I like most of them (10 Things, Ruby & Rockits ect.).
Those are not good ratings for Melissa & Joey, I hope it bounces back but I’m afraid it will go down the same fate of 10 Things I Hate About You
USA will announce a 2 year order for White Collar after next week’s summer finale rumor has it.
glad to see flipping out hit series highs!
Warehouse 13 has been great all summer.
That episode of Covert Affairs just blew me away. It got the plot rolling and kept me involved through the drama. And of course, my love for Joan just grows every time she gets more screen time.
DVR screw-ups would also affect these ratings, since they are Live+SD, though for a 10pm show I doubt that a drop of this size can really be attributed to that alone.
I’m inclined to agree, the actor they have for the ex-BF is mediocre so far. Of course, it could just be poor writing. Their confrontation this week was not impressive. Fortunately he’s so far not terribly important as the show is mostly procedural even he’s involved. It was nice seeing Sienna Guillory this week.
Yup, Kari is the best thing on the show. She and Gorham have the most presence as actors.
Warehouse 13 was cool. I love Jaime Murray as Wells, she’s classy and hot. I hope she’s a regular and I can’t wait for the fireworks between her and Artie.
And of course, there’s always room for more babes! Dump McClintock, start a lesbian affair between Wells and Myka and I’d be happy as a clam!
Only issue with last night’s episode was they left Farhan Tahir until the very end.
