CW continues its early* season premieres Thursday night with last year's ratings savior(8pm) and the new (9pm) (*2 weeks before the official start of the "season").
How will they do in the ratings?
On Thursday September 10, 2009, the CW had the series premiere ofwhich scored a 2.1 for adults 18-49, a 2.2 rating for adults 18-34 and a 3.0 rating for the CW target women 18-34 demo. Champagne corks popped at the CW. By the spring, was averaging about a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating, and proportionally lower ratings in the other demos.
On the same night the season premiere ofdrew a 1.4 rating for adults 18-49, a 1.5 rating for adults 18-34 and a 1.7 rating for the CW target women 18-34 demo. By the spring, was averaging about a 1.2 adults 18-49 rating.
There were no other new scripted shows on broadcast that night, but the Thursday season premiere ofsucked up a huge chunk of the ratings.
