NEW YORK, NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 21, 2010 -- A&E’s hit real-life series “” returns for a fourth season on Tuesday, October 12 at 10:30pm ET/PT. The show follows the men and women of the Philadelphia Parking Authority and Detroit Municipal Parking Department as they ticket, boot, tow and impound the cars of problem parkers, with unexpected and outrageous results.
Everyone’s favorite Philadelphia and Detroitcharacters are back, bringing more wild drama, hilarious confrontations and unpredictable battles. In Philly, Supervisor Jeff’s new squad includes: “Hoagie Hero” Shawn, who calls for back up when confronted by a difficult citizen; veteran booter Garfield who surprises partner Sherry on her birthday but the boot ends up on the other wheel when he finds his own van clamped; former rookie pals Denise and Gina who now cruise a South Street party beat; and Brian who slings more one-liners along with his tickets as he faces off with irate citizens. Back in Detroit, smooth-talking “Ponytail” returns, refusing to back down when angry parkers challenge his authority and sweet-natured Sonja gets serious with handicap parking violators. New additions include Richie the rookie – who with his sculpted hair and plucked eyebrows, looks more at home at thethan writing tickets in Philly.
This season, parking violators take their frustration at getting caught to a new extreme. In Philly, Garfield and Sherry are surrounded on a hostile street, and Frank and Rob are ambushed by an irate heavy-hitter. While in Detroit, a woman is arrested after attacking booters Courtney and Michele, and an armed man threatens to use his gun after Rodney boots his car.
