Among adult consumers who followed Tropical Storm Nicole and its aftermath, SurveyUSA reported that the largest percentage of respondents chose TWC as having the best TV coverage of the storm over local news affiliates and all national news networks (CNN, FOX News, CNBC, MSNBC and Headline News). When asked who provided the best Internet coverage of the storm, they chose weather.com as the preferred online provider, beating other weather and news websites including Yahoo!, local TV, local newspaper and AccuWeather.*
On Thursday, Sept. 30, the network posted a +38% increase in A25-54 delivery versus prior week** and weather.com saw a +58% increase in page views versus prior week.*** When it comes to severe weather information, TWC and weather.com continue to be the most reliable and trusted name in weather.
