The New York Times reports that Fox has sold all of its spots for Super Bowl XLV on February 6, 2011.

The NYT notes that this is earlier than typical for all the Super Bowl spots to be sold, and that the estimated costs per 30 second ad range from $2.8 to 3 million, up from $2.5 to $2.8 million for Super Bowl XLIV in 2010.
