Deadline TV's Nellie Andreeva reports that Fox has picked up comedy pilot Breaking In for mideseason, with a seven episode order.   The workplace comedy starring Christian Slater is rumored to be paired with Raising Hope, replacing the low-rated Running Wilde.

Will it be three strikes and you're out or the third time is the charm for Slater who has swung and missed in recent years, most recently with The Forgotten on ABC and before that My Own Worst Enemy on NBC.
