Significantly boosted by a Sunday NFL overrun into primetime (and the CBS lack thereof), Fox topped the weekly broadcast primetime adults 18-49 ratings averages for the third time in ten weeks, finishing with a 2.6 adults 18-49 ratings average for the week.
ABC finished in second place with a 2.3average with a nice bump from the finale. CBS and NBC tied for third with a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating average.
CBS topped the press release friendly, but advertiser ignored, average viewership for the week.
The network's average viewership is charted in millions of viewers, just like we report all other average viewership information on the site, and adults 18-49 is charted as ratings points. Note the units (million viewers on the left, rating on the right) below the bars.
Each adults 18-49 rating point is a percentage of the adults 18-49 US TV population and equals 1.315 million adults 18-49.
