Report: CBS/Warner Bros Near $260+ Million Deal on 3 Season Renewal for ‘The Big Bang Theory’

Variety reports that CBS & Warner Bros are close to a $260+ million deal that would keep The Big Bang Theory on CBS for another three seasons (through the 2013-2014).  The three year deal would be for 66 episodes, at an average cost to CBS of nearly $4 million per episode. The Variety story pegs the licensing fees between $4 million to $4.5 million per episode.
