After the fact update 2/7: Glee averaged 26.8 million viewers.
The timeslot immediately following the Super Bowl has in recent years been used to either launch a new show, give a sampling boost to an existing relatively new show, or just reap the bonus advertising revenue from an already well performing veteran. This year, Fox has slated Glee there, its most successful new(-ish) show.
Last year, CBS made the somewhat surprising move to slot Undercover Boss after the Super Bowl. I was skeptical, but UB proved us skeptics wrong and scored the highest viewership since Survivor in 2001.
The Game itself could have a big effect the "after The Game" show viewership. The last three Super Bowls were quite close until the end, and presumably carried their large audiences later in The Game.
What do you think the viewership of Glee following the Super Bowl will be and why?
Update: While it's unlikely to change your guess, here's a promo video for the episode.
I'm going to guess viewership of 25 million, slightly higher than The Office from 2 years ago, but history has proven my ratings guesses not worth the bits used to transport them to your screen. (For reference, Glee was averaging about 11-12 million Live + Same Day viewers for its episodes last Fall).
