OK, so this doesn't have much to do with TV, but in another life, I'd have been far more interested in AOL's buying Huffington Post for $351 million than how Glee rated last night.  OK, that's probably true even in this life, but still.   I saw Matt Drudge (who is now on Twitter) tweet:

1+1=11.. AOLSUITS MERGE WITH TW, CASH OUT, START SOME HUFF [LERER, PITTMAN, ETC] SELL BACK TO AOL. PACKAGE IT: RISE OF CITIZEN JOURNALISM!

And the first thing I did was look up on Quantcast how DrudgeReport.com compares to Huffington Post.

The results were pretty interesting.  Huffpo easily bests Drudge Report in terms of unique people visiting the site each month - by about three times (about 40 million vs. 13 million over the last month).  But Drudge Report has much better loyalty (repeat visits) and winds up with a lot more page views (766 million vs. 433 million for the past month).  Here's the page view comparison from Quantcast for the last year.
