NON-STOP “ROYAL WEDDING PARTY” ON-AIR EXTRAVAGANZA,
SUNDAY, APRIL 24- FRIDAY, APRIL 29
NEW YORK, NY – February 18, 2011 – As the first and only network dedicated to weddings, Wedding Central will celebrate the long-awaited nuptials of Prince William and Kate Middleton with a six-day on-air royal wedding programming takeover of the network. Beginning Sunday, April 24 and continuing through Friday, April 29, the Royal Wedding day, Wedding Central will feature back-to-back, non-stop royal wedding themed specials and series through its “Royal Wedding Party” on-air extravaganza. The programming will explore royal weddings and royal life, from the dress to honeymoon destinations and even advice on how to snag a prince.

The party kicks-off with William & Kate: Wedding of the Century on April 24 at 8 pm, et/pt, Wedding Central’s first-ever original production. The one-hour special will feature new and exclusive interviews with royal insiders and key experts, from designers to cake makers, wedding planners, florists and caterers on their creative vision for the day, and will utilize CGI graphics to imagine what the royal wedding will look like.
