UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. – March 3, 2011 – NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” is #1 for the week of February 21-25 versus CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" and ABC's combination of "Nightline" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in viewers 18-49, total viewers and other key categories. At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" also topped CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and "Kimmel" in 18-49 viewers, total viewers and other key categories. Note that Monday results for NBC's shows and ABC's "Kimmel" are excluded from these averages due to the Presidents Day holiday.

"Tonight" won the week over "Late Show" by an 11 percent margin in viewers 18-49 (1.201 million adults 18-49 vs. 1.078 million), Jay's biggest margin in four weeks (since the week of January 24-28). At 12:35 a.m. ET, Jimmy Fallon's margin over "Late Late Show" in viewers 18-49 was 21 percent (785,000 vs. 650,000), matching Jimmy's biggest margin in five weeks (since January 17-21).

Versus the first 23 weeks of last season, "Tonight" is up 44 percent in total viewers (3.898 million vs. 2.716 million), while "Late Show" is down 13 percent (3.617 million vs. 4.141 million). At 12:35 a.m. ET, “Late Night” is up 22 percent versus its year-ago pace in total viewers (1.781 million vs. 1.455 million), while "Late Late Show" is down 8 percent (1.774 million vs. 1.935 million).

At 1:35 a.m. ET, "Last Call with Carson Daly" is up so far this season versus one year ago by 10 percent in 18-49 viewers (500,000 vs. 454,000) and up 26 percent in total viewers (1.006 million vs. 800,000).

Jay Leno has ranked #1 for 22 of 23 weeks this season versus "Late Show" in viewers 18-49 and for 21 of 23 weeks in total viewers. Jimmy Fallon has ranked #1 versus "Late Late Show" in viewers 18-49 for 23 of 23 weeks. In total viewers, Jimmy has won 13 of the last 15 weeks versus "Late Late Show."
