Jersey Shore's 3.7 rating with adults 18-49 was down 10% but was still the nights third highest rated program in the adult demographic behind only American Idol and The Big Bang Theory.

The Lakers/Heat matchup pulled great (for a regular season game) numbers for TNT with a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating and averaging 4.8 million viewers.

Fairly Legal was steady versus last week with 0.9 adults 18-49 rating.
