SEASON TO DATE, 'TONIGHT' IS UP 33 PERCENT IN TOTAL VIEWERS VS. LAST YEAR AND JIMMY FALLON GROWS BY 19 PERCENT

'Last Call WITH CARSON DALY' IS UP SEASON TO DATE BY 9 PERCENT IN 18-49 VIEWERS AND 23 PERCENT IN TOTAL VIEWERS

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. – March 17, 2011 – Encore telecasts of NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” have finished #1 for the week of March 7-11 versus CBS's rebroadcasts of "Late Show with David Letterman" and ABC's combination of "Nightline" originals and "Jimmy Kimmel Live" encores in viewers 18-49, total viewers and other key categories.

At 12:35 a.m. ET, rebroadcasts of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" topped CBS's original "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and ABC's "Kimmel" encores in 18-49 viewers.

Versus the first 25 weeks of last season, "Tonight" is up by 33 percent in total viewers (3.871 million vs. 2.911 million), while "Late Show" is down 12 percent (3.602 million vs. 4.106 million). At 12:35 a.m. ET, Jimmy Fallon is up 19 percent versus his year-ago pace in total viewers (1.774 million vs. 1.488 million), while "Late Late Show" is down 8 percent (1.771 million vs. 1.932 million).

At 1:35 a.m. ET, "Last Call with Carson Daly" is up so far this season versus one year ago by 9 percent in 18-49 viewers (499,000 vs. 458,000) and up 23 percent in total viewers (1.003 million vs. 818,000).

Jay Leno has ranked #1 for 24 of 25 weeks this season versus "Late Show" in viewers 18-49 and for 23 of 25 weeks in total viewers. Jimmy Fallon has ranked #1 versus "Late Late Show" in viewers 18-49 for 25 of 25 weeks this season. In total viewers, Jimmy has won 14 of the last 17 weeks versus "Late Late Show."
