|MIAMI – March 21, 2011 – Telemundo, a leading producer of high-quality content for Hispanics in the U.S. and audiences around the world, today announced it has extended its exclusive U.S. broadcast and online rights to away World Cup qualifying matches of The Mexican National Team through 2013.

Emmy Award-winning announcer, Andres Cantor, who recently renewed his commitment with Telemundo, will call the World Cup qualifying games live and on location. Together with renowned commentator Jessi Losada and analyst Sammy Sadovnik, viewers will enjoy extensive signature coverage before, during and after the games, on-air, online and via mobile. Mexico’s match-ups on the road to the World Cup will be determined when the preliminary draw for qualifying takes place on July 30, 2011.
